Tilly joined Methuselah Health in 2018 after being Director of Operations at Total Scientific, a contract research company providing biomarker-related services to the research community, for over 10 years. 

Prior to this Tilly undertook a number of different scientific roles specialising in immunological research in both academic institutions and small biotech companies after completing her PhD within the Department of Medicine at Cambridge University.
